When you register on Research Saarthi — as a scholar, mentor/resource person, or event participant — we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, gender, country, institution/organisation, designation, and any other details you voluntarily provide on our registration forms.
When you pay a registration or certificate fee for an event, payment is processed entirely by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Research Saarthi does not receive, store, or have access to your card number, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials at any point — these are handled directly and securely by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant systems.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
We share the minimum necessary information with trusted service providers strictly to operate our services — for example, sharing your name, email, and payable amount with Razorpay in order to process a payment. We do not share your personal data with any other third party for marketing purposes.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain registration and event participation records for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain accurate program records, and comply with applicable legal or tax obligations.
