Our terms for cancellations and refunds on paid event registrations.

If you wish to cancel your registration for a paid event, you may request a refund by writing to info@researchsaarthi.com from the email address used at registration, at least 3 (three) days before the scheduled event date. Requests made after this window, or after the event has commenced, are not eligible for a refund.
If a participation certificate has already been generated or issued for your registration, the certificate processing fee is non-refundable, even if the request otherwise falls within the cancellation window above.
If Research Saarthi cancels an event, the full amount paid (registration fee and certificate fee, if any) will be refunded to the original payment method. If an event is postponed to a new date, your registration will automatically carry over to the new date unless you request a refund within 7 days of the postponement notice.
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay back to the original payment method (card, UPI, or bank account) used at the time of payment. Refunds are typically credited within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.
