By accessing or using the Research Saarthi website (researchsaarthi.com), registering as a scholar, mentor, or resource person, or registering for any workshop, webinar, training program, or other event listed on this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or its services.
Research Saarthi provides research mentorship, scholar development programs, industry consultancy, and organizes workshops, webinars, and training events for researchers, faculty, students, and industry professionals. Some events are free to attend; others require payment of a registration fee and/or a certificate processing fee, which is clearly stated on each event's registration page before payment.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering as a scholar, mentor, or event participant. Email addresses are verified via a One-Time Password (OTP) at the time of registration. Research Saarthi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration found to contain false or misleading information.
Where an event or program carries a fee, the exact amount is displayed to you before you make any payment. All online payments are processed through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, using secure, encrypted checkout. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials on our servers. Participation or completion certificates are issued only where explicitly offered for an event, and only after successful registration (and payment of any applicable certificate fee). Certificates are provided as a record of participation and do not, by themselves, constitute a professional qualification or accreditation.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to any account or system, upload harmful content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Mentors and resource persons are expected to conduct themselves professionally in all interactions facilitated through the platform.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and course/workshop material — is the property of Research Saarthi or its licensors and may not be reproduced or redistributed without prior written permission.
Research Saarthi makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this website but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Research Saarthi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in any event.
